I have to agree 100% with this comment.
Had several rooms with Tamara in the past which were all excellent but the last two which was some time ago were so dreadful I've never returned to her.
She doesn't even bother to engage in brief conversation with me now, I think she got the message. These days I just get a moody stare from her.
